It’s a struggle to maintain a living while keeping your own sanity. You have to find a balance of responsibility and Freedom. Now to some the two are the same thing right? To others this is very much not the truth. Allow me to explain this the best way I can.

Being responsible is never fun and most of the time it cost more than it should to even accomplish the correct pattern for it. What is a Pattern? Best example of it would be Waking up at a steady time, getting ready for work, going to work, working, coming home, eating, relaxing for a moment, and last but not lest sleeping. Repeating this 4 – 5 days a week can become complicated on the mind to accept.  This really doesn’t account for any of the emotional content that goes into doing it.  Really it’s just the simplest way of putting things on a person. This doesn’t include family to deal with and it doesn’t factor in the excitement or depression you will account that DOES effect the pattern. Some days you will just not feel like working, or waking up but you will be forced to put that pressure on because without the patter you do not maintain your style of living or a factor for why you would want to even do it.

Now Freedom which is why we are doing the Responsible part is complicated because it holds no pattern for simplicity. Really what you do with your free time can be as complicated as you want it to be or as simple as you like it. Vacations can become better then your work day or it can be worse. However the idea of a vacation is supposed to be time to lower all that pressure that YOU WILL BUILD upon being responsible.

Why even go over any of this? What does it have at all to do with politics? I always look around at the world and the places we are in and I often wonder how do we deal with it? How do the politicians do the things they do? Wearing those suits and fantasy hair styles always makes me wonder what goes into the day of a man who has to stand for truth and justice? Does the president of the united states ever have a second to say ” Going to play some Nintendo for an hour and after that work on our relationship with Russia?”…. does it really work like that? I would think a family man who not only is responsible for running a country  but maintaining a good relationship with everyone MUST have it hard? He must do a great deal of thinking in a day and probably has problems sleeping to just say the least? Maybe a good book will come of it..but I can’t imagine it is an easy job?

I don’t believe that it’s fair for anyone to say what the value of something is when they create it. For example if I paint a picture and then choose to sell it. I should have the write to say ok this is worth “50 bucks” or more ..because well I created it and I am the one who put all the work into it. To me that makes sense… However… if someone asked me what the value of the picture was… I would have to tell them the truth… It cost me “2.99 for the paper, 10 bucks for the paints, my job pays me 9.25 an hour and I spent 3 hours on this picture.. so over all the value would be probably come out to…40.74” Now with that said.. I could probably get away with saying Emotionally its going to cost me 9.26 to let it go…  Sounds like a crap reason …but when talking about value I think that’s how it should be done.

Now let’s say I was a Doctor.. My art is being replaced with Healing…  Most Doctors work on a salary which if you ask me.. I think Salaries should be banned to begin with… Because this means that even if the Doctor is sent to a home and sits in his/hers car for 15 minutes and does 5 minutes worth of work..he/she still makes the same amount of money regardless of if he/she spends more time with more people or less.

So personally I think that would solve PART of the problem to start with… Pay Doctors with the amount of hours they put into the job. If it be studying something new, Working with Patients “Needs to be explained”, and with what they are using on said job.  This to me makes sense on several levels but more so it keeps people from making money THEY HAVEN’T EARNED…duh

Anyway moving on.. So what should they earn an hour? Well if the average doctor deals with sick people on a let’s say .. 18 hour day… Personally I think its going to be more then 9.25 an hour.. let’s just say for the sake of this post “because they deal with stress we added it up to 15…then because they have to do a number of things at once which require lots of timed settings we can up it by another 5..so we are now at 20 bucks… paper work would cost another 4.. because that’s both time and the cost of equipment used.. and of course the value of said work..which should be 6 dollars..so we are now at 30 bucks…” SO YES.. 30 BUCKS an hour for someone who IS JUST STARTING…in said field.. fair enough? I think so…

Now if said Doctor goes on to learn more about said field..meaning has the ability to use THIS ___ machine…or that ___Equipment of course the value will go up..Depending on what machine it is…BUT LET’S NOT BE DRAMATIC with this.. If the Machine requires the doctor to press 1 button and do nothing AFTER… you ain’t getting 60 bucks extra because you pressed a fuc@#ing button….HOWEVER… if you press said button let’s say it adds 3 extra dollars to that hourly rate…  so now we are at 33…BUT.. if it is required that said button be pressed THEN… you have to look at a screen to search for something that perhaps is important “cancer, tumors, etc” THEN… you should up it because your doing an entirely different job PLUS your own.. so for something like that you can say.. HOURLY RATE..of 60 bucks… Fair enough?

Now here is the trick to all of it… and I THINK THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART.. if said Doctor does the job..and doesn’t do it according to the way it was said on paper to be done.. MEANING… “if A. doctor is searching for a tumor and doesn’t find it but it is later Found by B. doctor who finds PROOF that it should have been seen by doctor A. … DOCTOR A should be penalized for not being professional and not doing the Job he/she was asked to do to begin with.” Said Penalized Doctor should then lose 75% of said hourly rate for not only not doing the job but wasting time and equipment use.

WHY!!? Because if you are being paid to do a job and you DON’T DO IT… you lose time, effort, and yes YOU STRESS OUT THE PATIENT who is by far the most important part of said job.

Now I am sure more details to this could be added…but in a perfect world.. I think this is how it should be..

Why it’s not? No idea.. Hell I think his idea should be refined by someone with more Knowledge of the Field…but I think in all fairness… this is something that NEEDS to be Reviewed…because the current way we have this set up…IS JUST WASTING MONEY
